Nacho Cheese (melted)3 cup

Paprika1 tbsp
Onion Powder2 cups
Ketchup1 cup

Apple Cider Vinegar5 tbsps
Light Brown Sugar5 tbsps
Sugar1 tbsp
Ground Black Pepper (fresh)1 tbsp
Ground Mustard1 tbsp
Lemon Juice1 tbsp

Mound tortilla chips in a pile on a platter

Sprinkle with Neely's Seasoning

Spread chopped pork, beef or chicken on top of chips

Sprinkle with seasoning again and pour the Neely's Barbecue Sauce onto meat
