Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Put three-quarters of the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted

Stir in the remaining chocolate until smooth

Spread the chocolate 1/4 inch thick on the prepared baking sheet; top with the freeze-dried strawberries

Chill until set, then break into pieces
