Ingredients:

Sour Cream

Directions:

Prepare a grill or grill pan for medium-high heat

Lightly oil the grill grates

Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper, and grill to the desired doneness, 4 to 5 minutes per side

Let rest 5 minutes

Stir together the guacamole and sour cream in a small bowl

Season to taste

Combine the tomatoes, jalapenos and some pickled carrots and pickled onions in a medium bowl, then fold in the cilantro

Scramble the eggs in melted butter in a nonstick medium skillet over medium heat

Season with salt and pepper

Heat the sliced sausages in a skillet

Thinly slice the steak

Top the tortillas with some avocado crema, then add the scrambled eggs, steak and sausage
