Ingredients:

2 tbsps

Dried Basil

2 tbsps

Dried Thyme

1 tsp

Salt

3 tsp

White Pepper

2 tbsps

Olive Oil

Directions:

In a small bowl, mix together basil, thyme, salt, and white pepper

Mix in 5 teaspoons olive oil to make a spreadable paste

Spread paste on cut side of each tomato half

Heat remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil in small skillet over medium-low heat

Place tomatoes herb-side down in skillet, and cover

Simmer for 5 minutes; tomatoes should be hot but not stewed
