Ingredients:
1 cup
Butter1.25 cups
Brown Sugar (packed)16 large
Marshmallow2 tbsps
Light Corn Syrup1 cup
Evaporated Milk1 cup
Pecan (chopped, toasted)1 tsp
Vanilla ExtractDirections:

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat

Stir in brown sugar, marshmallows, corn syrup and salt

Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly

Boil for 1 minute

Remove from the heat, and cool for 5 minutes

Stir in evaporated milk, pecans and vanilla; mix well
