Butter1 small
Onion (diced)450 g
Egg Noodle (package)450 g
Cottage Cheese (package)1 cup
Sour Cream1 tsp
Sea Salt1 tsp

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat

Cook and stir onion in melted butter until softened, 7 to 10 minutes

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil

Cook egg noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 5 minutes
