Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F

In a medium bowl, stir together the agave, pepper, salt, allspice and sugar

Add the pecans, tossing to coat well

Spread the pecans in a shallow baking pan and bake in the middle of the oven 15 to 18 minutes

Stir and bake 7 minutes more

Transfer to a sheet of parchment paper and let cool

When cool enough to handle, break apart the pecans
