Pepper (piquillo)3 tbsps
Mayonnaise3 tbsps
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil1.5 tsps
Hot Pepper Sauce (to taste)1 tsp
Dijon Mustard1 clove
Garlic (peeled)1 tsp
Kosher SaltDirections:

Puree peppers, parsley, mayonnaise, olive oil, hot pepper sauce, mustard, garlic, and salt in a blender until smooth

Pour sauce into a bowl and set aside
