Ingredients:
450 g
Cod Fillet1 cup
Butter (melted)1 tsp
Salt1 tsp
Ground Black Pepper1 tsp
Cayenne Pepper2 small
Tomatoes (thinly sliced)Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)

Place fish in a 13x9 inch baking dish or pan

Pour butter, marinade, salt and pepper onto and around the fish

Squeeze the lemons onto the fish
5
Lay tomato slices over the top of the fish

Bake for 30 minutes or until the fish is flaky
