Put the packages of goat cheese in the freezer to harden slightly, about 15 minutes

Finely chop the dill and spread it out on the cutting board to dry for a few minutes

Mix together the cranberries and pistachios on another part of the cutting board

Remove the cheese from the freezer and take it out of the package
5
Gently roll 1 log over the dill, coating it almost completely
6
Do the same with the second log, rolling it in the cranberries and pistachios
7
Wrap the rolls in plastic wrap and chill until time to serve
8
Serve with crackers
