Ingredients:
2 cup
Vegetable Oil1 cup
White Sugar1
Egg1 cup
Molasse2 cups
All-Purpose Flour2 tsps
Baking Soda1 tsp
Ground Cinnamon1 tsp
Ground Ginger1 tsp

Mix oil and sugar thoroughly with electric mixer

Add egg and mix well

Pour in molasses

Sift and add dry ingredients until incorporated

Roll teaspoonful of dough into ball, drop into sugar to coat
