Ingredients:

450 g

Ground Beef

1 cup

Water

1 clove

Garlic (minced)

1 cup

Tomato Sauce

1 tsp

Chili Powder

1 tsp

Salt

Directions:

In a medium skillet over medium high heat, saute the ground beef for 10 to 15 minutes, or until well browned

Break up with a fork until fine

Add the water, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, chili powder, monosodium glutamate and salt

Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, or until heated thoroughly
