Rolled Oat

1 cup

Wheat Germ

3 tbsps

Brown Sugar

1.25 tsps

Ground Cinnamon

5 tbsps

Canola Oil

6 tbsps

Apricot Nectar

2 tbsps

Honey

Directions:

Heat oven to 250 degrees F

In a large bowl, mix oats, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, almonds, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon

Mix oil, nectar, and honey in a liquid measuring cup

Pour over oat mixture; toss to mix

Spread onto baking sheet

Bake until golden brown, stirring every 45 minutes, about 2 hours

Remove from oven and cool
