Lemon Juice (fresh)1 tbsp
Capers (drained)1.5 tsps
Lemon Peel (grated)1 cup
Salsa Verde1 cup

Special equipment: Panini press For the Salsa Verde: Combine all ingredients in a bowl, tossing until thoroughly mixed

For Assembly: Lightly toast the flatbread in oven
