Ingredients:

Onion (minced)1

Garlic (minced)3 cup
Milk450 g
Ground Beef450 g
Ground Pork450 g
Ground Veal1
Egg2 tbsps
Ketchup1 tbsp

Saute the onion and pepper in the oil for 4 to 5 minutes, or until tender but not browned

Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir in the garlic

Cook for 1 minute and set aside to cool

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

In a bowl, pour the milk over the bread and let soak for 5 minutes

Squeeze the excess milk from the bread and combine with the remaining ingredients, adding the onion mixture and season with salt and pepper

Divide the mixture into 6 even portions and shape into mini loaves

Bake for 20 minutes, or until done
