Ingredients:
30 g
Olive Oil110 g
Heavy Cream1 tsp
Sea Salt1 tsp
Ground Black Pepper260 g
Penne Pasta (cooked)60 g
Parmesan (grated)1 tbsp
Tomato (diced)1 cup
Bbq Sauce1 cup
Canola Oil1 cup
Lemon Juice30 g
Dijon Mustard30 g
Red Chili Flakes1 tsp

In saute pan over high heat, add olive oil and hot links

Sear links until browned

Add the shrimp and cook until pink

Lower heat to medium

Then add cream, chipotle sauce, salt and pepper

Add cooked pasta and the cheese

Toss to combine

Serve in pasta bowl and garnish with diced tomato, scallions, and more grated Parmesan

Combine all ingredients in blender, puree, cover and refrigerate
