Long Grain White Rice (uncooked)1 cup

Ground Beef1 medium
Onion (chopped)400 g
Refried Beans (can)1 tbsp
Yellow Mustard (prepared)1 tsp
Soy Sauce1 tsp
Worcestershire Sauce1 tsp
Hot Sauce1.5 tbsps
Ground Cumin1 tbsp
Seasoned Salt1 tsp

Bring the rice and 3 cups water to a boil in a pot

Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 20 minutes

Place the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, and cook until evenly brown

Drain grease

Mix in onion, refried beans, and green chiles

Stir in water, mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce
