Vegetable Oil1

Milk4 cups
All-Purpose Flour1 tsp
Salt1 tsp
Cream Of Tartar1 tsp
Baking Soda1 tsp
Vanilla Extract1 cup
Walnut (chopped)2 cups
Semisweet Chocolate ChipsDirections:

Thoroughly cream sugars, margarine, oil, egg, milk and vanilla

Add dry ingredients, nuts and chocolate chips

Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8-12 minutes
