Garam Masala1 tbsp
Garlic (minced)1 tbsp
Ginger Root (minced fresh)1 tbsp
Kosher Salt1 tbsp
Brown Sugar1 tsp
Ground Cumin1 tsp
Ground Coriander1 cup
Cilantro (chopped fresh)Directions:

Stir tomatoes, onion, garam masala, garlic, ginger, salt, brown sugar, cumin, and coriander together in a slow cooker until well-mixed
