Olive Oil

1 clove

Garlic (minced)

2 tbsps

Lemon Juice

2 tbsps

Tahini

1 tsp

Ground Cumin

1 tsp

Paprika

1 tsp

Salt

Directions:

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat

Stir in the garlic for 30 second, then add zucchini

Cook and stir until zucchini softens

Place zucchini, pinto beans, lemon juice, tahini, ground cumin, paprika, and salt in a food processor
