Red Onion (chopped)1 clove
Garlic (minced)2 cups
Tomato Juice1 tsp
Oregano (dried)1 tsp
Dried Basil1 tsp
Celery Salt1 tsp
Salt1 tsp
Ground Black Pepper1.5 tsps
Worcestershire Sauce1.5 tsps
Red Wine VinegarDirections:

Puree roma tomatoes, cucumber, green and red bell peppers, red onion, and garlic in a blender, about 30 seconds

Add tomato juice, beef bouillon granules, oregano, basil, celery salt, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and red wine vinegar
