Balsamic Vinegar1 cup
Olive Oil2 cloves
Garlic (pressed)2 tsps
Fennel Seed (crushed)1 tsp
Salt1 tsp

In a jar with a tight fitting lid, or cruet with a stopper, combine the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, fennel seed, salt and pepper
