Ingredients:
1 cup
All-Purpose Flour1 cup
Whole Wheat Flour1.5 tsps
Baking Soda1 tsp
Ground Cinnamon1.5 tsps
Baking Powder1 tsp
Ground Nutmeg1 tsp
Salt1 cup
Plain Yogurt1 cup
Vegetable Oil1 cup
Honey1 cup
Pear (canned, sliced)Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)

Butter 15 muffin cups, or line with paper liner cups

Mix together flours, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg

Stir pears lightly into dry ingredients

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, oil, honey, and egg
