Cooked Chicken (cubed,)2 tbsps
Lemon Juice (fresh)1 tsp
Salt1 cup
Green Grapes (halved)1 cup
Water Chestnut (chopped)1 cup
Shredded LettuceDirections:

In a large bowl, toss the chicken with the lemon juice

Cover and chill for 2 hours

Mix the salad dressing, salt, pineapple, grapes, almonds, water chestnuts and lettuce into the chicken until evenly combined
