Milk (1%)2 cups
Oat (steel-cut)2 tsps
Vanilla Extract1 cup
Unsweetened Applesauce2 tsps
Baking Powder2 tsps

Bring milk to a boil in a saucepan; immediately reduce heat to medium-low

Stir oats and vanilla into the milk

Mix bananas, eggs, and applesauce in a large bowl
