Directions:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C)

In a large, ovenproof pot, combine beef, onions, carrots, potatoes, celery, mushrooms, mixed vegetables, tomatoes

Season with garlic, rosemary, sage, basil, salt, pepper

Pour in water
