Ingredients:
450 g
Soft Tofu (package)1 cup
Mayonnaise1 tsp
Garlic Powder1 tsp
Ground White Pepper1 tsp
Prepared Mustard1 tsp
Seasoning Salt1 tsp
Nutritional Yeast1 tsp
Paprika2 stalks
Celery (finely chopped)2 tbsps
Parsley (chopped fresh)2 tbsps
Cilantro (chopped fresh)2 tbsps
Dill Weed (chopped fresh)2 cloves
Garlic (minced)Directions:

Wrap soft tofu in cheese cloth

Place over a medium bowl, and press to drain as much liquid as possible

Place tofu in a medium bowl

Mix in mayonnaise, garlic powder, white pepper, mustard, seasoning salt, nutritional yeast, paprika, orange bell pepper, red chile pepper, celery, parsley, cilantro, dill weed and garlic

Blend until smooth

Cover and chill in the refrigerator until serving
