Milk2 cups
All-Purpose Flour (sifted)1 tsp
Baking Powder1 tsp
Salt1 cup
Butter1 cup
White Sugar1
Egg1 tsp
Ground Cinnamon1 cup
Honey1 tsp

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

Combine sugar and butter or margarine

Blend in egg, honey, and sweet potato

Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon

Blend in butter mixture and milk

Drop from a teaspoon 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets
