Ingredients:

Salt1.125 cups
All-Purpose Flour1 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder2 cup
Brown Sugar (packed)2 cup
White Sugar1 cup

Mix the salt with the flour, then layer ingredients in a 1 quart "wide mouth" canning jar

Press each layer firmly in place before adding the next

NOTE: Be sure to wipe out the inside of the jar with a dry paper towel after adding the cocoa powder

Empty jar of brownie mix into a large mixing bowl

Use your hands to thoroughly blend mix

Add 2/3 cup vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 3 slightly beaten eggs

Mix until completely blended

Spread batter into a sprayed 9x9 inch baking pan

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes

Cool completely in pan

Cut into 2 inch squares
