Directions:

Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions

Stir sweet potato, milk, egg, and butter together in a bowl

Whisk flour, brown sugar, baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt together in a separate large bowl
