Onion (diced)3 cloves
Garlic (minced)1 cup
Ketchup1 cup
Beer1 cup
Distilled White Vinegar2 tbsps
Jalapeno Pepper Jelly (prepared)2 tbsps
Brown Sugar1 tsp
Dry Mustard1 tsp
Ground Cumin1 tsp
Paprika1 tsp

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat

Stir in the onion and garlic; cook until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes

Stir in the ketchup, beer, vinegar, jelly, brown sugar, mustard, cumin, chipotle pepper, paprika, and salt
