Unsalted Butter3 cups
White Sugar3 tsps
Baker (' ammonia)1 cup
Almond (finely chopped)3.5 cups
All-Purpose FlourDirections:

In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar

Stir in the powdered ammonia and chopped almonds

Knead in the flour

Roll dough into 1 inch balls and freeze for 1 hour
