Pea (frozen)1 tbsp
Butter1 cup
Carrot (shredded)1 tbsp
Garlic (minced)1 cup
Sunflower Seed1 tbsp
Ground Turmeric1 pinch
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)1

Combine water, rice, and peas in a saucepan; bring to a boil

Reduce heat to low, cover, and steam until tender, about 20 minutes
