Blanc (lillet)

Fill mixing container with ice

Pour in vodka and Lillet blanc aperitif wine

Stir for 2 minutes, until very cold

Strain into 4 cooled martini glasses

Cut a fresh twist of lemon peel OVER THE GLASS and drop into drink (the zest and spray of this action - falling into the glass - is crucial!)
