Directions:

In a bowl, mix the Maille(R) Dijon Originale Mustard, oil, and lemon juice to prepare the marinating sauce

Cut the chicken into small strips

Place chicken in marinade and coat both sides

Refrigerate for 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Bake chicken until thoroughly cooked

Meanwhile, cut the vegetables into small cubes

Place in heated skillet with oil and stir for 2-3 minutes

Once the vegetables are cooked, retrieve the vegetables from the frying pan and add the sliced chicken
