Dijon Mustard

Directions:

Cut cores out of Brussels sprouts using a paring knife

Peel layers apart to separate individual leaves; place leaves in a large bowl

Whisk maple syrup, olive oil, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar together in a small bowl
