Ingredients:

Olive Oil280 g
Cooked Ham (diced)1 medium
Onion (chopped)3 sprigs
Cilantro (chopped)1 tbsp
Distilled White VinegarDirections:

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat

Add ham and onion

Saute until ham is browned and onion is softened, about 5 minutes

Add beans, cilantro, sofrito, and vinegar

Stir in rice and water
