Carrot (sliced)1 cup
Butter2.5 tbsps
Honey1 pinch
Ground Ginger1 tbsp
Lemon Juice (to taste)Directions:

Bring a pot of water to a boil

Add carrots and cook until tender but still firm, about 5 minutes

In a large skillet over low heat, melt butter with honey
