Parsnip (diced)48 fluid ounce
Chicken Broth (can)1 cup
Carrot (sliced)1 cup
Celery (diced)1.5 tsps
Garlic (minced)1 tsp
Dried Thyme1 tsp
Oregano (dried)1 cup
Kale (chopped, to taste)Directions:

Combine chicken broth, kidney beans, parsnips, portobello mushrooms, onion, ham, carrots, celery, garlic, thyme, oregano, Sriracha sauce, and bay leaves in a 6-quart pot; bring to boil

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 45 minutes
