Ice

3 fluid ounce

Simple Syrup

1 fluid ounce

Lemon Juice

1 fluid ounce

Grapefruit Juice

Directions:

Place 1 cup ice in a collins glass

Set aside in the freezer

Combine pisco, Aperol, simple syrup, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and 1 cup ice in a cocktail shaker

Cover and shake until chilled
