White Rice Vinegar3 tbsps
Brown Rice Vinegar1.5 tbsps
Honey1 tbsp
Sunflower Seed Oil1 tbsp
Tahini1 tbsp
Ginger (freshly grated)1.5 tsps
Sesame Oil1 tsp
Sea Salt (to taste)2 cups
Green Cabbage (shredded)2 cups
Shredded Red Cabbage1 large
Carrot (peeled and grated)Directions:

Whisk white rice vinegar, brown rice vinegar, Japanese mayonnaise, honey, oil, tahini, ginger, sesame oil, and sea salt together in a bowl to make dressing

Combine daikon radish, green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrot in a large bowl; mix with your hands until evenly distributed

Pour dressing on top and mix to coat well
