1.75 cups
All-Purpose Flour2 tsps
Baking Powder1 tsp
Baking Soda1 tsp
Salt1 cup
White Sugar1 cup
Pecan (chopped)2
Eggs1 cup
Banana (mashed)1 cup
Vegetable Oil1 tsp
Vanilla ExtractDirections:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)

Grease and flour two 8x4 inch loaf pans

Set aside

Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar

Stir in nuts, eggs, bananas, oil, and vanilla extract
