Mayonnaise

1.5 tsps

Garlic (minced)

Directions:

Bring water and saffron to simmer in small saucepan

Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes

Place mayonnaise in small bowl; whisk in saffron mixture

Add remaining ingredients; stir until blended
