Ingredients:
2.5 cups
Yellow Onion (chopped)1.5 cups
Celery (1/4-inches slices)2 tbsps
Sage (chopped fresh)1 tbsp
Rosemary (chopped fresh)1 tbsp
Thyme (chopped fresh)2 tsps
Kosher Salt2.5 cups
Chicken Broth (low-sodium, divided)2 large

Preheat oven to 250°F

Butter a 13x9x2" baking dish and set aside

Scatter bread in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet
