Ingredients:
1 tbsp
Coarse Kosher Salt3 cup
Mayonnaise2.5 tbsps
Honey2 tbsps
Dijon Mustard1.5 tsps
Celery Seed1 tsp
Lemon Peel (grated)1 tsp
Hot Pepper SauceDirections:

Place cabbage in large colander; set colander over large bowl

Sprinkle salt over cabbage and toss

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight

Whisk all remaining ingredients in small bowl to blend

(Dressing can be prepared 1 day ahead
