1 cup
Root Beer1 cup
Ketchup1 cup
Lemon Juice (fresh)1 cup
Orange Juice3 tbsps
Worcestershire Sauce1.5 tbsps
Dark Brown Sugar (packed)1 tsp
Liquid Smoke (*)1 tsp
Lemon Peel (grated)1 tsp
Ground Ginger1 tsp
Garlic Powder1 tsp

Combine all ingredients in heavy medium saucepan

Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until reduced to 1 1/2 cups, about 20 minutes

Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper
