Ginger (minced peeled fresh)230 g
Snow Pea1 bunch
Green Onion (sliced, divided)5 tbsps

Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat

Add ginger and mushrooms; stir-fry until mushrooms are tender, about 3 minutes
