Ingredients:
2 tbsps
Kosher Salt1 tbsp
Coriander Seed4 tsps
Yellow Mustard Seed2 tsps
Dill Seeds2 tsps
Allspice (whole)1 tsp
Black Peppercorn1 tsp

Combine first 12 ingredients and 8 cups water in a large pot; bring to a boil

Reduce heat to medium and simmer 20 minutes

Squeeze in juice from lemon; add lemon to pot

Add hot sauce and shrimp
