Ingredients:
2 tbsps
Butter (about, melted)1.5 cups
All-Purpose Flour3 tbsps
Sage (chopped fresh, divided)1 tsp
Coarse Kosher Salt1.5 cups
Whole Milk3 large

Place rack in center of oven and preheat to 450°F

Sauté bacon in large skillet over medium heat until crisp

Transfer to paper towels to drain

Transfer drippings to glass measuring cup
