1 cup
Mayonnaise2.5 tbsps
Dill (chopped fresh)2 tbsps
Capers (drained)2 tbsps
Chives (chopped fresh)2 tbsps
Cornichon (finely chopped)1 tbsp
Pickle Juice (from jar)1 large
Egg3 tbsps
Olive Oil (divided)Directions:

Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl

Cover and chill tartar sauce

Spread panko on plate

Whisk egg in small bowl

Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper

Working in batches, coat fish in egg
